  • What is your return / refund policy?

    Each piece ordered at Old Stone Trade is handmade to order for you by our community of artisans and ateliers. Once your order is processed and the making begins (after 48 hours), we can not accept returns or refunds. We work with each client closely to ensure the product is made to your specifications. We encourage sizing questions and are available to discuss any product questions. Please email concierge@oldstonetrade.com

  • What happens if my garment doesn't fit?

    We work with each client to ensure their handmade piece fits perfectly and to their liking. If you have questions or need guidance with taking your measurements, please contact concierge@oldstonetrade.com. If you receive your garment and it requires any adjustments, we are happy to work with you on tailoring.

    Notes: We can not make adjustments on garments if incorrect measurements were submitted.

  • Do you take bespoke commissions?

    Yes! Our ateliers and artisans love working with you to make your wardrobe dreams a reality. Maybe you have a favorite childhood sweater you would like recreated or vintage textiles you would like sewn into a quilt — we will pair you with the right artisan and guide the process!   • how do I sell my work on old stone trade?

    OST is a small but growing collective representing the best ateliers and artisans in the world. We love meeting new makers. If you would like to offer our work with OST, please submit an email along with a brief description of your work and portfolio to submissions@oldstonetrade.com. We can’t wait to see what you do!

  • I hate waiting. why does it take so long?

    All our pieces are handmade-to-order to eliminate the waste of overconsumption and to generate more considered commerce. Our artisans create timeless work and that requires time and work. While we strive to honor the estimated delivery times, there are sometimes unexpected delays. Please be kind and patient — there is a human behind everything being made for you. If handmade-to-order isn’t for you, we do often have some pieces On Hand and ready to ship in Completed Works.

  • Can we see the pieces in person?

    We love meeting our clients. We announce our in-person pop ups on Instagram and in our newsletter. If you would like to request a virtual or in-person appointment, please email: concierge@oldstonetrade.com
